RESERVE
THE PAVILION
 You can reserve
the PAVILION for your own social events! Have your parties and picnics
at the pool. Great for family, team, Scout, club, graduation,
work, birthday, church, and friend parties.
There are 3 1/2 hour
time blocks for parties.
Members can
reserve the pavilion for a $75 fee PLUS a $3 per person entry
fee. ($50 will be returned after the party if rules and regulations are
abided by and area is left clean.)
Non-members
can reserve the pavilion for a $150 fee PLUS $5 per person entry fee for
parties and functions for 50 people or less. ($25
will be returned after the party
if rules and regulations are abided by, and area is left clean). For 51 or more people the reservation fee is $175. At the conclusion
of your function, you are obligated to clean up the facilities used
(excluding the bathrooms). All rules and regulations must be followed
by all participants. After all obligations are satisfactorily met, you will receive a $25 refund.

RESERVATION FORM at the pool, or download it by clicking on the links
below. The pool manager and pool board must approve
all requests.
After Hours
Parties: See the reservation form for specific details about party
times, fees, restrictions, and expectations.

As a member you
can continue to use the tables, grills, etc. for small
gatherings and family meals. Only for scheduled events
will you need to reserve the pavilion. |
